| Tuesday, April 14, 2009- HEALTHCAREseeker.com has announced the successful implementation of weekly pay to its Travel Nurses and Allied Professionals as of March 1,
2009. Previously, HEALTHCAREseeker.com had followed the industry standard bi-weekly pay.HEALTHCAREseeker.com President Stephen Halasnik commented, “ We are always listening to our Travelers for what we can do better. More often then not, we are ahead of other Travel Nurse agencies and often, we are even ahead
of what our Travelers are asking for. In regards to weekly pay, this is an area that I wanted to move to even
though it costs a lot more to do because our Travelers were asking for it. I just felt that it was something
that would really differentiate us from other Travel agencies since weekly pay is not the norm in our industry.
The feedback we have received from our Travelers has been fantastic and another side benefit has been that our
Travelers have a little more time to get in their time sheets. Our Travelers also now have the option of faxing
in their time sheets or filling out an electronic time sheet online. We have been told by our Travelers that we
are a very flexible company and this is another example of that flexibility |
